The College’s alumni community is an extended family of nearly 10,000 individuals living in Maine, across the United States, and in nearly 20 countries around the world. We offer these web pages to facilitate connections—connections with the College and connections among each of you. We are honored you chose and graduated from the College or one of its prestigious predecessor schools.

The College of Education and Human Development has grown from a teacher’s college to a university graduate school that offers more than 30 programs in K-12 and adult education, counselor education, literacy education, special education, school psychology, and educational leadership. Our Professional Development Center offers academic courses, workshops, and conferences to thousands of K-12 educators and human resource professionals who wish to continue learning throughout their lives.

We would like our Alumni pages to be your USM’s home base. Please use them to:

  • Stay in touch;
  • Tell us about your honors and distinctions;
  • Find information to share with a prospective student; and
  • Locate information about College events, reunions, and USM Homecoming.
